Things to note

A PLD cannot Hallowed Ground the first Smash Here/There in P1 and the first Slaminator in P3 (typically both invulned by the MT).

If you have a PLD MT, swap the invulns around (i.e: ST invulns the first Smash Here/There and first Slaminator, then the PLD MT invulns the second Smash Here/There and second Slaminator).
